Celebrity BIG Brother Election Debate

Yesterday had its ups and downs as did today.

Yesterday’s high point was landing an International Social Media project for an American company looking to help their European resellers gain more traction from the web. Marvellous …

Yesterday’s low was tuning into The Debate at 10pm to find that all I was going to get where the key points as decided by the ITV producer mixed with a white line to show the ups and downs as determined by 20 bods in what could be best described as a Lancashire Hot Pot !!

Interesting to see the line move down when they tried to emphasise some same old point … and only actually go up when they were talking with passion from the heart.

Murdock had bought, or was probably given, the rights to broadcast … am I missing something … is this celebrity BIG Brother or the elections? Should the programme not simply be on the BBC, unedited, live and real ??? Or am I just a naïve Berkshire Knight?

If Murdock has paid a fee to the political parties for hosting the event, then I hope this is being managed through to the smaller parties and they are getting their piece of the pie … if not, then is this not yet another abuse of office in some shape or form?

I’ll probably not bother watching the next broadcast if it’s a re-run, doctored to add emphasis to which ever party is spouting the right message for a particular broadcasters leaning.

I may just organise my own event!

Today was mostly up, up and away … landed another decent deal … organised our next Linkedin training event at one of our business partners offices, Kinnarps Winnersh … and the only down was my Monty Python impression on a roundabout in Binfield as part of next week’s official opening of Absolute Health & Safety’s new offices … I was a week early but at least dressed for the part!!

I think next year we’ll organise a St George’s Day party … in the meantime, if you are not busy this weekend, get into Windsor for a St George’s Day Celebration to remember.
